Jun 23, 2026, 2:58 PM: We are currently investigating an issue affecting customers who use the Open Doors Mobile App as their calling channel. Affected users may find that their calling preference is automatically switching from the Mobile App to the Web App, preventing them from receiving calls on their mobile devices. Our engineering team has identified the issue and is actively investigating the issue.

Order Forms Failing to Submit

Jun 3, 2026, 2:02 AM: Summary - Some order forms were failing to submit due to a recent update. This affected forms where the phone number field had been disabled. Impact - Affected: Order forms and Funnel Pages with the phone number field disabled were unable to be submitted. Not affected: E-commerce checkout operated normally. Resolution - We identified the cause, rolled back the change, and refreshed our systems to restore all affected order forms. During this refresh, order forms and funnels were being updated across the platform, which caused a temporary delay in page load times.
